Probably the best indie Kart racer I've ever played, it's not perfect but it is purrrfect, but seriously, it does a lot of things right, most of which can be found in competitors as well but still implemented well, I also don't recall seeing the Nitro/Oil system in any other game (essentially drifts, collisions and the like earn you energy which you can use as either nitro or oil to mess with your opponents which is neat).The cats are all adorable and I like how they have their own special abilities, would be interesting if the cars had stats too though, overall it's a solid game and my little brother LOVES ithttps://youtu.be/zQzYtkJpsKE. Solid cartoony racing game that has a primary focus on brawling to knock around other players and get a paw up on the competition. Something I like about this over some other racing games that Ive already got is the drifting is easier to control. I dont feel like im constantly shifting from driving a car to flying an F16 when I drift. Which makes gathering up extra boost feel less punishing. Powerups on the racetrack are also more straightforward. You can instantly tell what you're about to pick up, which makes strategy a lot simpler when you're attempting to dodge a shark getting shot at your head. Overall I like this game. Its made some simple quality of life changes to the more basic mechanics you'd anticipate finding in a cartoon racer. Making it loads more approachable to casual racers.
